Meg Wiliams
My dear friend and a Real Wonder Woman
Meg is a breathwork and dance facilitator. We met when I was facilitating 7-week chakra workshops at Om at Cashew Hill. She signed up for my workshops and later on continued with a 9-week coaching program, diving deep into the essence of the human experience as a spiritual being.
Meg taught me how deep we can go and sit with grief and sadness, and still rise and dance, moving our emotions through breath and dance.
From there, our friendship unfolded and grew stronger by the day. It is a kind of friendship where we laugh and cry and process within minutes of seeing each other. I hold her dear to my heart and cherish our weekly get-togethers here in Puerto Viejo. I keep all of her offerings in highest regard: from her weekly Pilates classes to her breathwork workshop and her dance rhythm sessions. I admire Meg’s ability to rise from the ashes, dance and breathe, and choose to live despite the grief closing her heart.
She inspires me with her resilience, her ability to grow and learn consistently and steadily, and her dedication to her personal development. She taught me how deep we can go and sit with grief and sadness, and still rise and dance, moving our emotions through breath and dance. I know of precious few people who can hold such intensity and variety of emotions.
I love you, Meg!
