My dear friend and a Real Wonder Woman
Linda is a birth keeper with an incredible life story of a wounded mother and her seven children. She consults with individuals and families; and facilitates seminars and workshops devoted to deepening our understanding of life’s beginning: conscious birth … and then lighting our way to the end: conscious dying.
She dedicated her life and her time to empowering women in discovering their sexuality and the power in their choices from childbirth to how to live their lives in the most fulfilling way and then implementing those best choices.
I met her when I was pregnant with my second child. She taught me how to deepen the trust in my body’s ability to give birth alone, supporting and holding me tight during my pregnancy in my power as a mother and as a woman. She showed me the authentic meaning of community support and real sisterhood in the truest and most practical sense. Any time there is a woman in the community that might need support – a pregnant woman, a mother with a newborn child, a mother with a sick child, a dying woman – you can be sure that she will rally around like the real trooper that she is, gathering the support, organizing a meal train or anything else that might provide respite, assistance, and support.
Linda’s unconditional love and generosity touch me deeply to my core. She inspires me like a real-life phoenix – rising from the ashes to soar majestic and free in the sheer joy of life.
I love you, Linda!
