Three-day Restival / Immersion

25 – 29 January 2021

Alya Retreat Center, San Juanillo, Costa Rica

Three transformative days at Alya Retreat Center working on physical, mental, emotional & spiritual being

We carefully curated this three-day immersive restival to enable our participants to work simultaneously on the four aspects of their beings: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Yoga classes, breathwork and bodywork sessions, along with the delicious exotic plant-based food worked to soothe and nourish physical bodies. The insights from our facilitators provided our participants with deeper understanding of connections between their physical health and their joy, creativity, and life satisfaction.

Heart-centered communication workshops and happiness activation workshops assisted in healing emotionally and offer the mental body the tools to elevate our participants’ everyday communication with the world around them.

Sacred ceremonies and nature questing replenished our souls and elevated our spiritual bodies to the new heights of joy.

“I found the restival to be a transformative experience. It was heart-opening and mind-blowing . The Ranchio and little Casitas are build with the deepest respect of the natural laws of the jungle; simple, modest, and therefore magical. We laughed, we cried, we filled our senses, danced till dawn and found peace in the beautiful raw nature that is Alya. But, most of all we felt connected in love with one another. I highly recommend it.”
